Power Yoga contacted us to develop a new business strategy that would help them grow and innovate their existing online membership business and also consider possible new markets and products for expanding business. After extensive strategy development and re- search with the owners and business managers, we were able to develop, successfully in- novate and revamp their subscription membership business. Additionally we were able to integrate new technologies in the existing business that streamlined internal workflow and management.
By continuously improving the company’s innovation capabilities, Power Yoga has been able to expand their growth strategy from mainly US-focused into a growing global business base. Power Yoga is also currently producing and launching new products and will be entering the new market of online yoga teacher trainings. Since working side-by-side in supporting the Power Yoga business, sales have consistently grown 30-40 percent each year and their subscription business has almost tripled, now becoming the primary sales channel.
